Terms and Conditions:

1. Full payment will be required upon confirmation of the tour.
2. Any changes in the pre-arranged land arrangement booking will only be entertained if request is made not less than 3 days from the original date (Different terms will be imposed for change of airfare booking depending on the airline conditions for coordination with Swagman Travel).
3. Paid and guaranteed reservations which were cancelled 3 days prior to the date reserved shall be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and a 70% cancellation fee shall be imposed for cancellations made 2 days prior to the dates reserved. No refund will be given to cancellations made one day prior the original date of booking.
4. Rates are valid until May 30, 2012

Mode of Payment:

You may pay the confirmed booking at any Swagman Travel Branch and The Oriental Hotel in Legazpi. You may also deposit your payment at LKY Resorts and Hotels, Inc.
